I'm just getting to the point where I'm ready to begin building a fleet... It would be appreciated if anybody could give me an idea of what ships I should build, and also who I should attack. Thanks!

The person is sothis he is ranked 2081. He has two planets from what i found Homeworld [1:188:11] and Colony [1:202:9]. He used 35 battleships to attack my first colony.
